Loft Conversion

A loft conversion is a cost-effective way to add another bedroom or space. The build can usually be done under permitted development rights avoiding the need for a planning application. You can find out more about PD rights for loft conversions on the Planning Portal website or call LKA. Loft conversions are perfect for a growing family or to provide an additional room for an office. A rear dormer can be put on to gain better head room and usable space. An additional stair case is usually created over the existing one to maximise the best design possible.
